We invite you to a summer morning à la ERA Zurich Art!
At Samigo Amusement, overlooking Lake Zurich, we start the day with a 50-minute Higher Ground workout — where movement, strength & mental wellbeing come together.
Expect:
  • Free weights, bodyweight training, cardio & mobility work
  • A dynamic flow guided by energising music
